Tuotepalautusten käsittely

Asiakkaalla on 14
päivän palautusmahdollisuus tuotteeseen. Asiakkaan tulee palauttaa
peruuttamansa tuote kaikkine osineen, varusteineen ja lisävarusteineen
alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan.

Artun kaluste
vastaa peruutettujen tuotteiden palautuskustannuksista, kun tuotteet ovat
käyttämättömiä ja alkuperäispakkaukseen pakattuja.

Artun kaluste
hyvittää asiakkaalle palautettujen tuotteiden arvon sekä palautettujen
tuotteiden toimituskustannukset sitä maksutapaa käyttäen, jolla asiakas on
maksanut tuotteen, mikäli asiakas ei nimenomaisesti hyväksy palautuksen
suorittamista muulla maksutavalla.

Mikäli asiakas
peruuttaa tuotteen tilauksen, asiakkaalle hyvitetään tuotteesta asiakkaan
maksama hinta, vaikka tuotteen hinta olisi myöhemmin muuttunut.

Product return policy

The customer has 14 days return opportunity. Customer should
return the withdrawal of the product and all its components and accessories in
the original packaging.

Artun kaluste is responsible for the return costs of the
canceled products when the products are unused and in its original packaging.

Artun kaluste refunds the value of returned products to the
customer, as well as shipping costs for returned products using the payment
method that the customer has used to pay the product, if the client does not
explicitly accept the return performance with other payment methods.

If the customer cancels the order of the product, the
customer will be refunded the product price, even if the price of the product
would be subsequently changed.
